Listening Well

Effective communication is more than picking the right words or delivering a message using the appropriate medium.  

Good communication builds trust and understanding.  And one of the biggest parts of that is listening well.  

Each of us can develop habits that improve our ability to listen more deeply and connect better with the people we speak to, at work and at home.
